Changes to a number of trademarks and housekeeping changes

 

The Commission approves NewTel's request relating to new designations for certain trademarks and to remove the words "Stentor" and "Stentor Canadian Network Management" from the tariffs, as these names are no longer applicable.

 

NewTel filed the application on behalf of itself, Island Telecom Inc., Maritime Tel and Tel Limited and NBTel Inc. on 1 December 2000 to revise the companies' General Tariff.

 

The revisions take effect on the date of this order.
