Small business network service promotion

The Commission approves, on a final basis, Aliant Telecom's application filed on behalf of Maritime Tel & Tel Limited to waive, from 12 March to 12 May 2001, the order processing and network connection service charge elements for customers who switch from single line or multi-line service to small business network service, and all standard service charges for customers who switch from an alternate provider of local service or reseller.

Aliant Telecom filed the application on 13 February 2001 and amended it on 21 February 2001 to revise Item 560 of its General Tariff.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The application was approved on an interim basis in Order CRTC 2001-222, dated 15 March 2001.
