The Commission approves, on a final basis, TCI's application, dated 14 July 1998, to reflect the situation where an independent telephone company does not have an approved Carrier Access Tariff. |

The application was approved on an interim basis in Telecom Order CRTC 98-1073-1, dated 3 November 1998. |
|
The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
