Third-party Internet access tariff 

 

The Commission approves Cogeco Canada's request to:

 
  • amend third-party Internet access tariff to reflect the corporate reorganization and acquisitions of Cogeco Cable in Quebec and Ontario;
 
  • delete Morville Holdings Limited from the list of companies in section 1; and
 
  • change the name of Médiacâble inc. to Cogeco Câble Trois-Rivières inc.
 

Cogeco Canada filed the application on 18 April 2001 and amended it on 10 May 2001 to revise Item 101 of its General Tariff.

 

The revisions take effect on the date of this order.
