The Commission approves Bell Canada's request for a custom-designed arrangement providing for an OC-3 access located at the customer's premises and the company's Toronto (Adelaide), Ontario central office. |

Bell Canada filed the application on 20 December 2000 to add Items D-43(d), (e) and (f) to its Special Facilities Tariff. |

The revisions take effect on 22 January 2001. |
