The Commission approves, on a final basis, Northern's application to destandardize its digital-channel service and DS-1 digital-service tariffs, and to introduce digital-network access, NTL frame relay, NTL private-line services. |

Northern filed the application on 1 December 1998 to revise Section N900 of its General Tariff. |
|
|
The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
|
|
The application was approved on an interim basis in Telecom Order CRTC 99-53, dated 21 January 1999. |
