The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's request, filed on behalf of Maritime Tel & Tel Limited and NBTel Inc., to remove from their tariffs existing X.25 packet data and frame relay services, and wide area network services. |

Aliant Telecom filed the application on 5 April 2001 to revise MTT's and NBTel's Special Services Tariffs. |
|
The revisions take effect on the date of this order. |
