Reference: MTT TN 797, Island Tel TN 552, NBTel TN 858, NewTel TN 648 and APTC TN 32

 

Housekeeping and administrative changes

 

The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's request to :

 
  • remove the references to the former per-minute contribution requirements and associated administrative adjustments filed pursuant to the provisions of Decision CRTC 2000-745;
 
  • make minor wording and tariff references corrections and provide for wording consistency between the tariffs; and
 
  • remove references to "Stentor" and a number of trademark references.
 

Aliant Telecom filed the application on 21 March 2001 to revise MTT, Island Tel, NBTel, NewTel and APTC Tariffs.

 

The revisions take effect on the date of this order.
