The Commission approves MTS's request to enhance MessageManager and Voice Mailbox services by providing a toll-free access telephone number for customers to access their voice messaging service from outside their calling area without incurring message toll charges. |

MTS filed the application on 16 October 2000 and amended it on 14 December 2000, to revise Item 2148 of its General Tariff and Item 9720 of its Supplementary Tariff Special Services and Facilities. |

The revisions take effect on the date of this order. |
