Customer volume pricing plan |

The Commission approves TCI's request to revise the wording associated with the eligibility of services for the customer volume pricing plan (CVPP) in order to exclude from the CVPP interexchange private line services that are provided on route that are forborne from regulation. It also approves TCI's request to include route-specific cross-sections to align with TCBC's General Tariff, route-specific cross-sections. |

TCI filed the application on 13 December 2000 to revise Items 710 and 711 of its General Tariff. |

The revisions take effect on the date of this order. |
