The Commission approves Bell Canada's request to introduce contract options for the public switched telephone network (PSTN) connectivity component of Megalink service. |

Bell Canada proposed to introduce contract options for the PSTN connectivity component of the Megalink service. Contracts would be available for one- to five-year terms at a discount to the current monthly rate. |

The Commission notes that the proposed rates pass the imputation test and enable the company to meet its 2001 price cap obligations. |

3. |
Bell Canada submitted its annual price-cap filing on 6 April 2001 to revise Item 5201 of its General Tariff. |

4. |
The revisions take effect on 4 May 2001. |
