Service improvement plan |

The Commission approves North Frontenac's request to: |
|
|
· increase the residential and business individual line rates; |
|
|
· introduce a provision limiting the customer portion of construction costs for the service improvement plan (SIP); and |
|
|
· introduce an instalment payment plan for the customer cost portion of the SIP. |
|
|
North Frontenac filed the application on 2 February 2001 and amended it on 14 February 2001, to revise Sections 100 and 130 of its General Tariff. |
|
|
The revisions took effect on 1 January 2001. |
