The Commission approves SaskTel's request to provide payphone access line (PAL) service for competitors at a 25% discount from the individual business line rates and to further clarify the types of calls permitted on PAL service and to permit competitive local exchange carriers to resell the PAL. |

SaskTel filed the application on 12 December 2000 to revise Item 650.06 of its Competitor Access Tariff. |
|
|
The revisions take effect on the date of this order. |
