Customer volume pricing plan

The Commission approves TCBC's request to:

  • revise the wording associated with eligibility of services for the Customer Volume Pricing Plan (CVPP) to exclude from the CVPP interexchange private line services that are provided on routes that are forborne from regulation;

  • allow for the continuation of all outstanding CVPP contracts and which include services on a forborne interexchange route; and

  • make housekeeping changes.

TCBC filed the application on 12 December 2000 and amended it on 29 January 2001 to revise Items 438, 439 and 447 of its General Tariff.

The revisions take effect on the date of this order.
