The Commission approves TCI's request to establish the company's demarcation point for copper wire and related facilitiesin new multi-dwelling unit buildings at the main terminal room in the City of Edmonton, as stipulated in Telecom Decision CRTC 99-10. |

TCI filed the application on 23 October 2000 and amended it on 19 January and 2 February 2001 to add Item 26.9 and revise Item 100 of its General Tariff. |

The revisions take effect on 19 March 2001. |
