The Commission approves, on a final basis, QuébecTel Alizé's application dated 24 October 2000 relating to an Interconnection Agreement for the Provision of 9-1-1 Service to a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier between QuébecTel Alizé Inc. and Bell Canada. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The application was approved on an interim basis in Order CRTC 2000-1036 dated 17 November 2000. |
