The Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 19 September at 9:30 a.m., at the Conference Centre, Portage IV, 140 Promenade du Portage, Hull, Quebec, to consider the following:

 

Pursuant to section 12 of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission calls Jan Pachul to a public hearing to be held in the City of Hull, starting on the 19th day of September 2001 at 9:30 a.m. to inquire into, hear and determine whether a mandatory order should be issued requiring Jan Pachul to cease and desist operating a broadcasting undertaking at Toronto, Ontario or elsewhere in Canada, except in compliance with the Broadcasting Act.
