The Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 19 September at 9:30 a.m., at the Conference Centre, Portage IV, 140 Promenade du Portage, Hull, Quebec, to consider the following: |

Pursuant to section 12 of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission calls Jan Pachul to a public hearing to be held in the City of Hull, starting on the 19th day of September 2001 at 9:30 a.m. to inquire into, hear and determine whether a mandatory order should be issued requiring Jan Pachul to cease and desist operating a broadcasting undertaking at Toronto, Ontario or elsewhere in Canada, except in compliance with the Broadcasting Act. |

Your submission will be considered by the Commission, and will form part of the public record of the proceeding without further notification to you, provided the procedure set out below has been followed. You will be contacted only if your submission raises procedural questions. |
