Interested Parties to PN 2000-27

RE: Residential primary exchange service costs

By letters dated 27 April and 30 April 2001, the Commission provided the per band residential primary exchange service costs to each ex-Stentor company and requested that each company submit their comments as to why these costs should not be placed on the public record. By letter dated 16 May 2001, Bell Canada on behalf of itself, Aliant Telecom Inc. and MTS Communications Inc. (Bell Canada et al), TELUS Communications Inc. (TELUS) and Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel) provided their comments and served a copy on interested parties to the proceeding leading to Restructured bands, revised loop rates and related issues Telecom Decision CRTC 2001-238, 27 April 2001.

Interested parties may, by 30 May 2001, submit their comments regarding this matter, serving a copy on Bell Canada et al, TELUS and SaskTel. Each company may file a reply thereto by 8 June 2001, serving a copy on those interested parties who filed comments.

All documents must be received, and not merely mailed by the dates indicated.
