Short TV |

1. |
The Commission approves a Category 2 specialty television service to be known as Short TV. |

The Commission will only issue the licence, and it will only be effective at such time as: |

Conditions of licence |

The licence, when issued, will expire 31 August 2008, and will be subject to the following conditions as well as to those terms and conditions set out in Public Notice CRTC 2000-171-1. |

Broadcast day shall have the same meaning as that set out in section 2 of the Television Broadcasting Regulations, 1987. |
