Brian Kelly has requested the revocation of its licence for the cable distribution undertaking serving Tsiigehtchic. |

In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to Brian Kelly for the above-mentioned undertaking. |
