Acquisition of control of Décibel Inc.

Dear Sir:

We are pleased to inform you that the Commission has approved the above-mentioned application filed on behalf of Décibel Inc. to transfer effective control of Décibel Inc. to Cogeco Câble Canada Inc. The Commission will amend its records to reflect these changes.

All approval letters issued by the Commission are available for public examination at the Commission's head office and at the regional office in Montréal. The Commission requires you to append this letter to all licences affected by this decision.
