RE: APPROVAL -- Application No.: (2001-0768-2)
Rawlco Communications (Sask.) Ltd.
CIZL-FM Regina, Saskatchewan
Contour change

Dear Mr. Rawlinson:

This refers to your application dated July 10, 2001 to change the contours of the radio programming undertaking CIZL-FM Regina, Saskatchewan. This is the result of a change in transmitter site as well as a change in the effective antenna height.

The Commission has reviewed the application and hereby approves the change of contours resulting from the aforementioned proposal.

This approval is subject to written receipt from the Department of Industry, within six (6) months of the date of this decision, that it is prepared to amend your Broadcasting Certificate and that the proposed technical parameters will not create any unacceptable interference with aeronautical NAV/COM service and that its technical requirements have been met.

All letters of approval issued by the Commission are made available for public examination at the Commission's central office. The Commission also requires you to append this letter of approval to the licence of your undertaking.

Yours sincerely,

Ursula Menke
Secretary General
