City of Armstrong and the Corporation of the Township of Spallumcheen (the licensee) has requested the revocation of its licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Armstrong. |
| 2. |
In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to the City of Armstrong and the Corporation of the Township of Spallumcheen for the above-mentioned undertaking. |
