Acquisition of assets |

1. | The Commission approves the application for authority to acquire the assets of the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving the Athabasca Hydro Stations from Brad Nielsen, and for a broadcasting licence to continue the operation of this undertaking. |
2. | Upon surrender of the current licence, the Commission will issue a licence to Senior Engineer Communications, Saskatchewan Power Corporation (Doug Brownlee and his successors) expiring 31 August 2002, the current expiry date. The licence will be subject to the conditions set out in the licence to be issued. |
3. | The Commission notes that this undertaking distributes the programs of CBDH-FM Uranium City on the frequency 88.1 MHz (channel 201 VLP), with an effective radiated power of 10 watts. |
