Decision CRTC 2001-469Ottawa, 3 August 2001
Lanny Morry Dear Lanny Morry:
Reference is made to your correspondences dated 9, 16 July, and 2 August 2001 concerning the new French-language specialty television service called "la Télé des Arts" (Decision CRTC 2000-386). In your letter dated 16 July 2001, you have requested that confidentiality be granted to certain provisions of the shareholder agreement and the service agreement filed on 9 July 2001, on the basis that such provisions are highly commercially sensitive. In a subsequent correspondence dated 2 August 2001, you have indicated that some of the information for which confidentiality was requested was now to be disclosed as part of the abridged version of the shareholder agreement (revised abridged version). The Commission hereby approves your request, as amended on 2 August 2001, and grants confidentiality to the information in question. The revised abridged version of the shareholder agreement and the abridged version of the service agreement will be made available for public examination at the Commission's central office. Yours sincerely,
