Mrs. Lanny Morry
RE: APPROVAL -- Application No. 2000-2333-3 Dear Mrs. Morry: This is further to your application received at the Commission to amend the broadcasting licence of the radio programming undertaking CBAF-FM Moncton, New Brunswick. The Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CBAF-FM Moncton by decreasing the effective radiated power from 100,000 watts to 84,000 watts. The Commission authorizes the licensee to operate the undertaking on the basis of the contours and particulars resulting from the above-mentioned changes. The Commission requires you to append this decision to the licence of your undertaking or, in the case where a licence has not yet been issued, to the original decision granting you a licence. Yours sincerely,
