Application processed by Public Notice CRTC 2001-74 dated 29 June 2001

Distribution of WFFF-TV as part of the basic service

1.

The Commission approves the application by Cogeco Câble Canada Inc., on behalf of the undertakings mentioned above, to distribute, as part of the basic service of those undertakings, WFFF-TV (FOX) Burlington, Vermont, received over-the-air.

2.

The licensee is already distributing WFFF-TV on a high penetration discretionary tier. This amendment is made necessary because the licensee must provide space on its existing discretionary tier with the highest penetration in order to meet the distribution requirements for ArTV (formerly called Télé des Arts). Accordingly, the signal of WFFF-TV will be deleted from the discretionary tier and added to the basic service.
