Dear Mr. Saele:

We are pleased to inform you that the Commission approves your request to change the location of the local head-end of the cable distribution undertaking serving Terrace, BC.

This approval is conditional upon receiving within six (6) months of the date of this decision, a written notice from Industry Canada, that it is prepared to amend your Broadcasting Certificate in accordance with your application.

All decisions issued by the Commission are made available for public examination at the Commission's central office and at the Vancouver regional office.

The Commission also requires you to append this decision to the licence of your undertaking.
