Request for an extention of the Corus Trust Arrangements - The Family Channel Inc.

Reference is made to your letter of 30 April 2001 and your request for an extension to the Corus Trust Arragements (the trust). The Commission has considered your request and in light of the ongoing application on the ownership of Family Channel Inc decided to extend the trust authority until 30 June 2001.
