Approval
Change to local head-end site
Rogers Cable Inc. - Woodstock

This is to advise you that the Commission has approved the aforementioned application.

We note, however, that the local head-end has already been moved to the new site. In this regard, please be advised that any change to the local head-end site of an undertaking requires prior approval by the Commission.

This approval is conditional upon receiving within six (6) months of the date of this decision, a written notice from Industry Canada, that it is prepared to amend your Broadcasting Certificate in accordance with your application.

The Commission requires you to append this decisionto the licence of your undertaking.
