Request for an extension of the trust arrangement between MOF Trusco Ltd and Mr. Fred Wagman regarding the shares of Lifestyle Television (1994) Limited
Licensee of Women's Television Network (WTN) - National

Reference is made to your letter of 24 April 2001 where you seek Commission authority for an extension of the Depository Agreement between MOF Trusco Ltd. and Mr. Fred Wagman in respect of the shares of Lifestyle Television (1994) Limited. The authority is to expire on 30 April 2001.

The Commission has considered your request and has decided to extend the authority for the trust arrangement until 31 August 2001.

All letters of approval issued by the Commission are made available for public examination at the Commission's central office. The Commission also requires you to append this letter to the WTN licence.

Finally, this letter is not to be interpreted in any way as an indication that the Commission is predisposed to authorize the subsequent applications relating to the transaction.
