Change in frequency for CIVR-FM |

The Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CIVR-FM Yellowknife by changing the frequency from 93.3 MHz, channel 227A1 to 103.5 MHz, channel 278A1. |

The Commission authorizes the licensee to operate the undertaking on the basis of the contours and particulars resulting from the above-mentioned changes. |

The Department of Industry has advised that this application is conditionally technically acceptable, subject to determination that there will be no unacceptable interference with NAV/COM services. When the Department has certified that a broadcasting certificate has been or will be issued, the amendment approved in this decision will be valid (section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act). |
