The Commission renews the broadcasting licences for the pay television programming undertakings listed in the appendix to this decision, from 1 September 2001 to 30 November 2001, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licences. |

The decision released today does not dispose of any substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of these licences. The Commission will announce, as soon as possible, the licence renewal applications and interested parties will then have an opportunity to comment. |
