The Commission approves the application by Canwest Global Communications Corp., on behalf of CanVideo Television Sales (1983) Limited and Global Communications Limited for authority to effect a transfer of the 1% partnership interest in Prime TV held by CanVideo Television to Prime Television Holdco Inc. |

Previously, CanVideo Television amalgamated with Global Communications and continued as Global Communications. Prime Television Holdco Inc. was formerly 3782051 Canada Limited, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of CanWest Global. |

Prime Television Holdco Inc. has the same directors and officers as CanVideo Television. Global Communications, a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Television Network Inc., owns all of the shares of Prime Television Holdco Inc. |
