In Public Notice CRTC 2000-124, dated 25 August 2000, the Commission initiated a proceeding to consider a fair regulatory approach to provide telephone and cable companies with access to multi-dwelling units. |

A number of parties have requested an extension on the deadlines for filing comments in this proceeding. The Commission grants this request and announces the following revised schedule for filings. |

Parties may file submissions with the Commission, serving copies on each other, by 31 October 2000. |
4. |
Parties may address interrogatories to other parties, filing copies with the Commission, by 14 November 2000. Responses to the interrogatories are to be filed with the Commission, with copies served on all parties, by 12 December 2000. |

Requests by parties for further responses to their interrogatories, specifying in each case why a further response is both relevant and necessary, and requests for public disclosure of information for which confidentiality has been claimed, setting out in each case the reasons for disclosure, must be filed with the Commission, and served on all interested parties, by 19 December 2000. |

Written responses to requests for further responses to interrogatories and for public disclosure must be filed with the Commission and served on the party making the request, by 8 January 2001. |

Requests for disclosure and for further information will be dealt with as soon as possible. The Commission expects all information provided in accordance with its determination regarding such a request to be filed with the Commission and served on all parties to the proceeding, by 29 January 2001. |

All parties may file comments with the Commission, serving copies on all other parties, by 5 February 2001. |

All parties may file replies to any comments made, serving copies on all parties who filed comments, by 14 February 2001. |
