Call management services/ Equivalent service

1. The Commission approves South Bruce's request to, among other things:
  • increase its monthly rates for its residential call management services;
  • increase its monthly rate for its equivalent service; and
  • introduce business call management services with associated monthly rates.
2. The Commission, however, requires that South Bruce advise its customers of the rate increases, either by letter or billing insert, at least 60 days prior to the effective date.
3. No comments were received regarding this tariff filing.
4. South Bruce filed Tariff Notice 18 on 23 June 2000. The company is directed to issue tariff pages forthwith.
