Ottawa, 19 July 2000 | |
Atlantic Provinces Telecommunications Council Tariff Notices 11/A/B, 12/A/B and 13/A/B |
|
Applications filed in confidence |
|
1. | The Commission denies ex parte applications filed by Maritime Tel & Tel Limited (MTT) on 12 May 2000, 23 May 2000 and 6 June 2000 respectively. |
2. | The Commission is of the view that the proposed promotions would provide continuing discounts, beyond a 12-month period, for services that are presently under promotion or have been under previous promotions. Therefore, the Commission considers that it would not be appropriate to approve these filings without an imputation test. |
3. | MTT must provide a copy of the applications for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within two business days. |
