(TCBC) The Commission has reviewed the company's Phase III/Split Rate Base (SRB) Manual Update report filed on 28 October 1999. The Commission considers that the proposed revisions to TCBC's SRB Manual conform to the cost causality principles embodied in their SRB procedures.
