Correction - The Biography Channel

1.

The Commission hereby corrects Decision CRTC 2000-460 which approved an application for a new national English-language Category 1 specialty television service to be called The Biography Channel.

2.

Condition of licence 1.(c) set out in the appendix to Decision CRTC 2000-460 should have read as follows:

No more than 10% of all programming broadcast during the broadcast week shall be drawn from category 2b (Long-form documentary), with the exception of programming of a biographical nature.

3.

In the original decision the phrase "with the exception of programming of a biographical nature" was inadvertently omitted.
