Extension of deadline for the submission of comments with regard to Public Notice CRTC 2000-74 |

In Public Notice CRTC 2000-74 dated 31 May 2000, the Commission called for comments on Order in Council P.C. 2000-511 addressing French-language broadcasting services in French linguistic minority communities and Public Notice CRTC2000-38 addressing minority official language specialty services. The deadline date set by the Commission for the receipt of comments was 31 July 2000. |

Following requests by Fédération des communautés francophones et acadienne du Canada (FCFA), Fédération culturelle canadienne-française (FCCF), Alliance des radios communautaires du Canada (ARCC) and Alliance des producteurs francophones du Canada (APFC), the Commission hereby extends to 31 August 2000 the deadline for submission of comments. |
