The Commission has received the following application: |

Application (200019928) by 3429873 CANADA INC. This application is a request to amend the broadcasting licence of Treehouse TV. |
|||
- Condition of licence #2 states that "In any month, none of the programs broadcast by the licensee shall be broadcast by the specialty service YTV". |
|||
- The licensee has requested that this condition be replaced with one allowing, during December 2000 only, the broadcast of programming duplicated on YTV, to a maximum of ten hours from categories 5A, 7 and 11, featuring a Christmas or Chanukah theme. |
|||
In support of its request, the applicant states that this very limited amount of programming during December only, will allow pre-school children access to special holiday programming. |
