1. MONTRÉAL, Quebec
Application (200012443) by RADIO-CLASSIQUE MONTRÉAL INC. to amend the broadcasting licence of the radio programming undertaking CJPX-FM Montréal, by adding a condition of licence authorizing the licensee to use a second Subsidiary Communications Multiplex Operations (SCMO) channel for the purpose of distributing 168 hours of programming per week consisting of 161 hours of programming in Creole and 7 hours in French.
The programming would originate from Montréal and Haiti.

2. CARROT RIVER, Saskatchewan
Application (200017485) by NOR-COM ELECTRONICS LTD.
The licensee requests a change of frequency for the proposed radio station at Carrot River, 88.1 MHz (channel 201LP) to 101.1 MHz (channel 266LP), and an increase of effective radiated power from 13 to 15 watts.
This will require an amendment of the broadcasting licence approved in Decision CRTC 99-186, dated 29 July 1999.

Intervention
