The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A00-0090 dated 7 September 2000, a change to the effective control of Médiacâble inc., a cable distribution undertaking serving Sainte-Anne-des-Lacs. The change is effected through the transfer of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Médiacâble inc. to Cogeco Câble Canada inc. |
