Campus radio policy
Correction to the French-language version of paragraph 65 of the notice
In paragraph 64 of Public Notice CRTC 2000-12, the Commission announced that it will introduce a streamlined regulatory framework for low-power developmental campus stations. The French-language version of paragraph 65 stated that this regulatory framework will apply only to stations "d’au moins 5 watts" (5 watts or more). It should have read "d’au plus 5 watts" (5 watts or less). The Commission corrects paragraph 65 of the French-language version of PN 2000-12 to read as follows:

Le cadre réglementaire des stations de campus en développement ne s’applique qu’aux stations utilisant un émetteur d’une puissance d’émission d’au plus 5 watts, dans le cas des stations AM, ou d’une puissance apparente rayonnée (PAR) d’au plus 5 watts, dans le cas des stations FM.
