The Commission approves on an interim basis TCI's request to provide national operator services with service features that meet the specific requirements of a single large customer application. |

TCI filed the application on 26 September 2000 to add Item Z-109 to its Special Assembly Tariff. |

The revisions take effect on 6 November 2000. |
