| Individual line message rate business service | |
| The Commission approves on an interim basis Bell Canada's request to increase the monthly rate for Individual Line Message Rate Business Service from $31.80 to $34.95. | |
| During the period 11 October 2000 to 31 March 2001, Bell Canada will waive installation charges for individual flat rate business lines, Centrex locals, Local Link and Advantage KeyPak lines for customers who switch to these services from a Message Rate business line. | |
| Bell Canada filed the application on 28 August 2000 to revise Item 70 of its General Tariff. | |
| The revisions will take effect on 11 October 2000. | |
