| The Commission approves MTS's request to restore the rates for the intraprovincial link and distance components of its channels for interexchange voice grade facilities previously in effect prior to the filing of Tariff Notice 413. | |
| MTS filed the application on 21 August 2000 to revise Item 5500 of its Supplementary Tariff Special Services and Facilities. | |
| The revisions take effect on the date of this order. | |
