| Addendum to Order CRTC 2000-785 dated 16 August 2000 | |

The Commission notes that its determination with respect to the 1998 per quarter mile network rate was inadvertently omitted from Order CRTC 2000-785. |

In this order, adjustments were made to the company's proposed contribution requirement and direct toll component. |

These adjustments reflect the impact of the disallowance of increase in equity due to a share issue and an increase in revenues due to imputed interest income on a loan made to an affiliate. |

Similar adjustments are also required to Guèvremont's proposed network requirement. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission approves a 1998 network requirement of $86,919, with a resulting rate of $0.6451 per quarter mile per month. |
