The Commission approves Québec-Téléphone's request to apply a $15 charge when a customer pays his account using a credit card and that there are insufficient funds. | |
Québec-Téléphone filed this application on 14 July 2000 to revise Item 1.04.03 of its General Tariff. | |
These revisions will take effect on 28 August 2000. | |
