| On 6 December 1999, MTS Communications Inc. filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 381, amended by TN 381A dated 14 December 1999, to: a) revise Item 1980, enhancing its existing Centrex Province-Wide Aggregation Service; b) introduce General Tariff Item 1987, Centrex PLUS, simplifying the current Centrex rate structure; and c) offer a promotion to customers taking Centrex PLUS Service, who require additional MessageManager mailboxes to receive it free of charge for the first month and the service charge normally associated with each new mailbox also will be waived. | |
